Biax – the board’s laminated construction consists of glass fibres in individual layers.

Biaxial glass laminate is very strong both longitudinally and transversely, whilst offering lower torsional stiffness. The fibres are layered and interwoven in two layers, with a 90°, 0° orientation.

Triax – the board’s laminated construction consists of glass fibres in individual layers.

Triaxial glass laminate increases the snowboard’s overall strength, particularly in torsion. The fibres are layered and interwoven in three layers, with a fibre orientation of 30°, 0°, 30°.

Triax & Carbon – the board’s layered construction consists of glass fibres in individual layers with added carbon fibres.

The glass-carbon triaxial laminate and the carbon fibres woven into the triax enhance the performance in the direction of the fibres to which they are added

In the construction, this provides extra performance without increasing the overall weight of the snowboard.
